Course closed 01/07/23 – 05/07/23

Due to the current ground conditions and the forecasted weather the course committee have made the decision to close the course.The conditions will be reassessed daily.

If you had a booking and require assistance, please contact the office by email: maramarua@xtra.co.nz. If you have done an online booking these will be refunded and the hold will come off your card early next week.


Thank you for your understanding, it is far too slippery out there to be safe. Clean those clubs and polish those balls as we’ll be back on the course soon.

In the meantime some upcoming events to keep you interested:

Weekly events you are welcome to join: Tuesday ladies golf 9.30am, Wednesday stableford  12pm, Saturday mixed scramble assemble 8am for 8.30am start.

Every 4th Thursday – Midweek Open 9.30-11.30am tee off $25

4th & 5th November – 36 Hole Tournament

Thurs 23rd Nov – Xmas Midweek Tournament

Tues 5th December – Ladies Christmas Tournament

Sat 9th December – Mixed Christmas Tournament

You have to love a chilly winter morning. Rolling your trundler through the heavy dew as the sun rises, knowing you’ll be feeling the warmth of the sun before long.
